Publicly share your support for flexible working by leveraging something that gets sent hundreds, if not thousands, of times a day
One of the flexible work hurdles to overcome for organisations is communicating flexible arrangements to clients, customers and other stakeholders. A simple statement that both your employees and stakeholders see regularly can really help build a flexible working culture. It can even help build brand awareness! I’ve seen simple but effective signature blocks shared with hundreds of people on platforms like LinkedIn, within D&I groups and across HR networks.
