  • The facilitation of three half-day bespoke workshops to support implementation

Over a three month period you will receive:

Over a six month period you will receive:

Coaching for Change
(individual)

We work one-on-one with key individuals to support the creation and maintenance of inclusive workplace cultures.

This program is ideal for:

  • leaders who wanting to enhance their people management skills and drive positive change

  • managers who require additional support and capability building to adapt their people management approach.

Support is delivered over six one-hour coaching sessions; either fortnightly for three months or monthly for six months.

Coaching for Change
(Group)

We work intensively with 4-6 people to support the positive implementation of inclusive workplace cultures.

This program is ideal for:

  • building capability and confidence in leaders around D&I, flexible work and employee experience initiatives

  • supporting groups of managers experiencing specific challenges (eg introduction of remote teams or low employee engagement results)

Support is delivered over six one-hour group coaching sessions; either fortnightly for three months or monthly for six months.
